Everyone is Welcome

Walk, jog, or run on scenic cross country ski trails

The 2 km trail is mainly flat with one gradual hill.

The 5 & 10 km routes include many more challenging hills on the Crystal ski trails.

There will be one water station midway through the 5K and 10K trails and refreshments at the finish line.

The start and finish line is on the baseball diamond at Kinsmen Park.

Age Groups & Awards
(ages as of race day) 2 km Walk / Jog / Run
First overall male & female plus metals to the top 3 males and females in the following age groups:
Ages 4 and under
Ages 5 - 8
Ages 9 - 11
Ages 12 - 14
Ages15 and over

Plus Elementary School Award and Trophy for Winning School Team

5 km Walk / Jog / Run Male & Female	10 km Jog / Run Male & Female
10 & under
11 - 14	14 & under
15 - 19	15 - 19
20 - 29	20 - 29
30 - 39	30 - 39
40 - 49	40 - 49
50 - 59	50 - 59

Awards to:
1st overall male
1st overall female
1st, 2nd, & 3rd, male & female in each age group

School Teams
Four (4) best times count
Team members must be full time students from the same school
Minimum of two teams must be entered per school division in order for award to be given.

Elementary School Teams
2 km - One team category - teams can be composed of girls, boys or both
Each runner may count for one team only.

High School Teams
5 km - Male & Female Team Category
Awards to 1st male & female team based on top 4 times, regardless of age group.

Facilities
Post events refreshments, random draw prizes and awards presentation will be at the Picnic Shelter.

T-Shirt not included in the entry fee for 2km event. Add $12 for a T-shirt

Race Day Information
Bib pickup and late registration takes place inside the Kinsmen Centre.

Race Check-in
For those pre-registered, pickup your race number at least one half hour before your event starts.

Late Registrations
Late registrations will be accepted up to one (1) hour prior to the start of each event. The Registration Desk opens at 9:00 AM
