• Walk, jog or run on scenic cross country ski trails.
• The 2km trail is mainly flat, with one gradual hill.
• The 5km and 10km routes include more challenging hills on the Crystal Trail system.
• There will be one water station mid-way through the 5 and 10 km trail.
• Post race refreshments will be available near the finish line.
• The Start/Finish line is on the baseball diamond at Kinsmen Park.

• $5 on or before September 12th. $10 after September 12th. Add $12 for a T Shirt.

RACE DAY INFORMATION

Race kit pick-up and late registration will take place inside the Kinsmen Centre. The Registration Desk opens at 9 am. Pick-up your race kit at least 30 minutes before the start of your race.

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration will only be accepted up to one hour prior to the start of each event.
