Ontario Winter Games - March 6, 2008

Krista Buckner of the Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club (SFNSC) captured the gold medal in the 11-12 years old girls free style technique race at the 2008 Ontario Winter Games in Collingwood Ontario on March 6, 2008. Krista also won bronze in the classic race, and silver in the Pursuit.

In the two person relay event, Krista partnered with Erika Mihell to place second.

Other SFNSC relay winners were Wendy Mihell - second, and Maggie Kirkwood - second.

Also racing and achieving personal bests were Evelyn Steele, Audrey Steele, William Stewart and Liam Ortiz.
